If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer no quibble returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (this is so they do not get damaged in shipping).
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
While we are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you will need to follow the instructions set out below.
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the products, without any need to give reasons. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods.
The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 14 days on the date on which you informed us that you want to want to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
Any products returned must be in their original condition, including paperwork, user manual, service papers and box as applicable. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund for loss in value. It is important to know that the paperwork (where supplied) substantially increases the value of the products.
As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 2-4 business days of receipt your package or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is the earliest.
Refund Policy
Edcgift allows you 14 days to return a product on stock that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is received by you or a representative previously designated by you and announced to Edcgift. You can return the product to us within this time frame with your invoice.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed within 2-4 business days of receipt.
In order to make use of this right of return, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that Edcgift provided when the offer was made and/or at the latest upon delivery.
You are precluded from the right of return if the product has been created by Edcgift in accordance with your specifications or if the products are clearly of a personal or nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
